Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026. Retro Fantasy Football (“we”, “the site”) is a free game at www.fantasyfootballretro.com. This policy explains what data is involved when you play.

Playing the game

You don't need an account and we don't ask for your name, email or any personal details to play. Your game progress is stored only in your own browser (local storage) so a page refresh doesn't lose your season. It never leaves your device.

The leaderboard

When you finish a season your score is submitted to a global leaderboard along with the squad name you chose and the season you played. Please don't use a real name or any personal information as your squad name — treat it as a public nickname. Leaderboard data is stored by our database provider, Supabase.

The contact form

If you message us, the name, email address and message you enter are passed to a third-party email relay service purely to deliver that message to our inbox. They're used to reply to you and nothing else — no marketing list, no sharing.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and how the game is used, in aggregate. This uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and pages viewed. We don't use it to identify you personally.

Advertising

The site currently carries no advertising and sets no advertising cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated before any ads appear.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the game itself will still work. See our Cookies page for detail.

Questions about this policy can be sent via the site. Because we collect no personal data to play, there is little to request or delete beyond a leaderboard entry, which can be removed on request.
